If we cannot help you improve on your contract offer, you pay nothing!
If we can help, you only pay a fraction (1/12) of the improvement.

Example:
You have an offer for M3. We negotiate a jump to M5 for you.
That is a difference of £4,533 more per year (2024-25 data), or put differently: £13,599 more in your pocket over a 3-year period.
Our fee would only be £4,533/12 = £378. You would have paid an initial retainer of £100. You would then pay the remaining £278 after you sign your new contract.
In general:
Retainer: £100
(refundable if we are unable to help you secure a higher salary)
Remaining Fee: variable
(Gross Salary Difference of 1 year)/(12 months) - Retainer
